Well...I have a stubborn baby

Who was half determined to come out 8 weeks before her due date. She hadn't moved in almost 13 hours, so my doctor sent me to the hospital and less than 15 minutes after I checked in I started having minor contractions. Well really long story shorter...they contractions escalated and I dilated to 1 cm and my cervix was soft. So they ended up giving me a steroid shot to help Loki's lung development incase we couldn't stop the early labor. Now it's almost two days later, and I'm just now coming off of the magnesium sulfate. According to one of their tests they drew tuesday when I checked in they are 99% sure that I won't deliver for two weeks fingers crossed I'm still getting minor contractions but they said that's normal for how far along I am. So all in all....not bad, not good, and I have a new appreciation for my own bed, I really miss it... But hopefully will be in it soon.
