Cooking day seemed to be a success

First things first, Doctor's apt went well. Got to see the baby again, and Peanut is growing nicely. We saw the little arms wave and listened to the heart beat.
It's a little blurry, but there is little Peanut.
All in all, the doctor's visit was short, everything looks good and we have no worries so far. Also, I need to start writing down my questions or something because I never remember them when we arrive.

In cooking news, Cara and I got our lists and menus together (okay, in truth Cara did most of the work this week, I'll have to help out more next week) Went on a big grocery shopping excursion. And then got to the cooking!
I made:
2 Lasagnas
Alfredo Pasta Bake
Chicken and Rice Bake
7 Marinated Chickens
4 Marinated Steaks
5 bierocks

Now I didn't make any sides to go in the freezer with the main dishes, but that won't be too hard to put together while a dish is cooking. So I will count this first experiment of freezer cooking a success! (Now hopefully everything tastes as delicious as it looked when we put it all together.)

Peace Out! I'm gonna drink my decaf coffee with french vanilla creamer surf the web for just a bit and then I'm off to bed, cause I work early in the morning.

I feel like a zombie....

So, this was my first of three 44 hour weeks. (hopefully only 3, I dunno if I'll be able to make it past 3 weeks of this especially since Husband will be starting work next week.) But I just feel like a zombie lately, unable to keep up with anything because I'm so tired.
But it's good, we need the large influx of money. And as I said, Husband starts working on Wednesday, and we're both very excited about it.
Oh! and tomorrow is my 2nd Doctor's apt and I will be 12 weeks along. Very exciting. So I will be sure to update tomorrow about the doctor visit as well as my weekly progress.
Plus tomorrow Cara and I embark on the fun of freezer meal planning. So...that should be interesting if nothing else.
Also I think before bed I'm going to update my daily schedules so I don't have to add things every time I go to the library to print things off.

Finally Feeling Better!!

I woke up with the most horrible headache I've ever had. I could barely get out of bed. Thankfully it was Husband's day off so he was able to help me with Munchkin, and as soon as she was fed and dressed we headed off to the doctor's office to see if we could get a walk-in appointment. It took almost 3 hours from start to finish but we were able to see a doctor. And oddly enough her answer to my horrible headaches for the past three days and the broken capillaries on my eye lids was bad allergies bordering on a sinus infection. So I am now (along with Husband) taking an allergy pill every night (the doctor suggested taking it at night as apposed to morning, she said it would work better that way, apparently your allergies are worse at night than during the day. I seriously would have thought that was backwards) and I was advised to continue taking Ibuprofen as I needed it. So I just took both, and hopefully will be going to bed soon, I'm still wired from my first day of class.
I finally got some house work done this afternoon (mostly thanks to Husband helping with the chores and watching the baby for me) I felt so much better, knowing nothing was seriously wrong with me, and feeling a little better due to lots of pain meds along with  actually  getting the house picked up some and presentable.

Although it was all overshadowed by the fact that I started my certification class tonight for AT&T. It was completely terrifying. Poor Husband had his hands full with me today, first I was a baby for not feeling good, then I was a complete wreck of nerves trying to prepare for class and Husband watching Munchkin all on his own, getting her bath done and ready for bed (thankfully I can nurse her while class is going on, otherwise we would be in big trouble)

And now, I'm waiting for the cookies to finish cooling, because Husband's favorite manager works tomorrow, and it's his long day of the week. The cookies just start the day off right for everyone.
