In the last month I have improved upon:

• I can now almost sneak into the hallway before ma and da can catch me
• muh ha ha! ma is never going to sleep through the night again if I have my way.
• standing: there is just not much around her that I can climb in order to try and stand but I'm trying my best
• escaping to Loki's room to play with her
• CHEERIOS!!!!!!!!
• if I can pick it up, it can go in my mouth. If I can't pick it up I will bring my mouth to it to chew on it. 
• Everything is edible, trust me.
• I have the puny mortals under my spell! All I have to do is lift my arms up and they come rushing over to pick me up!

In the last month I have improved upon:

• getting the whole 'crawling' thing down pat
• still working on sleeping all night by myself
• talking! Mm ma was said first! (haha I won this one!)
• climbing; everything is climbable, if only my limbs would work right.
• following: my big sister leads me all over the house
• playing with Loki (it's so cute to watch, he has no idea what's going on, and for that matter I'm not 100% sure Loki has any idea either) 

A Message to the Depressed.

This youtuber is known to me mostly because he plays League of Legends and makes videos about it. But shortly after Robin Williams passed he put out this video. Husband showed it tow me, and it is one of the only times I have ever heard someone put words to how depression feels, at least how it normally feels to me.

Why I haven't had much to say lately

I feel a little like I'm in a slump, trying to keep ahead is rather hard at the moment for me (mostly due to those fun little mental roadblocks) I am working full time, taking care of part of the house (Husband has been doing so much of the dishes and cleaning for me) corralling the kiddos. It seems like we are just moving from one thing to another with no rest and no way to catch up.
It's a struggle to keep ahead of everything, especially bills. Thankfully we're not falling behind on anything, but it is so hard to do anything other than play catch up. I've been tweaking my budget plans and talking with Husband and hopefully that will help with some of it. But that megar little scraps that is left over after bills is so difficult to live on sometimes.

I suppose the one really good thing about finally sitting down and writing this out is that I now realize one of the things that's weighing me down the most, I've started to feel the weight of depression again.
Now before anyone starts to freak out (that would be you Nana) I'm not at a stage to be worried about right now. I have -finally- realize what has been pulling me down and can now start planning the attack to battle it.

No longer will I battle depression on the defensive!

sorry, for some reason as I was typing about attacking depression I just saw 

in my head, so yeah, I think I'm okay :-)

all that being said, now that I know what is going on in my crazy head it can only get better.

In the last month I have improved upon

• learning how to crawl
• learning to sleep in my own room (but not all night yet, that would be too easy for mommy
• sitting up a lot more 
• saying 'hi' I won't say mama or dada yet, that would be too easy
• hiding as many of Loki's legos as possible for latter play when she's not looking.

Your brain on horror movies

I'm worn out after a long day, the kids are finally both asleep. It's my turn to crawl into bed and float off to dreamland. My blanket is spread out over my body, tucked under my feet. My head cushioned by the soft pillow. I'm all ready to fall asleep. 

*Brain* 'hey, remember that horror movie that you saw 5 years ago with -insert random scary movie scene here- wouldn't that be just crazy if it happened right now? 

That being said, I'm not about to stop reading/watching horror stuffs, I enjoy it. Let's just say I'm very glad to have a big red-head sleeping next to me to help defend me

7 month interview

Today we have an interview for you to read between a mother and her son. Now since we don't speak fluent baby, we got a translator. He said his name was Doctor, and he spoke baby (was quite indignant if anyone expressed doubt)

How have you been improving lately? 

• rolling over: got that down pat, 
• crawling: I haven't quite gotten the whole thing down, but I do move forward, mommy calls it 'inchworming' the things that hold me up don't move well yet. 
• talking: Daddy keeps trying to make me say 'dada' but I just smile and giggle at him.
• grabbing: I can grab and hold things now, all the better for me to get things in my mouth to chew on!
• teething: I have two teeth in, and my top two teeth are starting to come in now.
